Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop and manage compensation and benefit programs;
Ensure compliance with all state and local labor laws;
Lead or provide proactive supports in hiring, engaging, and retaining activities.

Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience as Human Resources specialist or partner;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
Good knowledge and experience in compensation and benefit strategies and best practices.
